Date Confirmed For Gypsy And Traveller Residential Site Application

Denbighshire County Council has confirmed that a planning application for the proposed Gypsy and Traveller residential site on the Greengates Farm East site near St Asaph will be considered at the Planning Committee’s March meeting.

The planning application for the development of a permanent residential Gypsy and Traveller site on Cwttir Lane was submitted on 1st October 2019.

During the consultation process the Welsh Government Trunk Road Agency requested further information about noise levels from the A55.  Further survey work was undertaken and a report submitted to Welsh Government. 

It is anticipated that the planning report will be available on Wednesday, 4 March, a week prior to the meeting.    

The meeting to discuss the application will be held at County Hall, Ruthin on Wednesday, March 11th at 9.30am.
