Aln Transformation Drop-in Sessions

Conwy Social Care and Education Service have been holding a series of information sessions for parents and carers about the Additional Learning Needs Transformation programme.
The sessions follow recent workshops held by SNAP Cymru.
The drop-in sessions provide information and offer opportunities to ask questions about the Additional Learning Needs Transformation Programme across Wales.
All parents/carers are welcome.
