Don’t delay – Apply for Charitable Relief for 2023-2026
Charities and community amateur sports clubs can apply for charitable rate relief of up to 80% if a property is used for charitable purposes, and can be topped-up to 100% in some cases.
This relief is reviewed every three years and is due to expire on all accounts on 31 March 2023.
If your organisation has been receiving Mandatory or Discretionary Rate Relief – it’s time to apply for the next three year period.
Letters/Emails have been sent to over 351 charities and sports clubs in Conwy County to let them know they must submit their applications by the end of November, 2022.
