Woman In Hospital Following Property Fire In Bangor

A woman in her 80s is in hospital following a fire at her home in Bangor.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service was alerted by a monitoring system in the property.
Crews from Bangor and Menai Bridge attended the incident on Ffordd Hendre, Bangor at 19.23hrs this evening (Monday 4th January).
The woman suffered burns and is in a serious condition.
The fire was confined to bedding. The exact cause is being jointly investigated by North Wales Fire and Rescue Service and North Wales Police.
