Assault In Rhyl Adventure Playground

Did you witness a serious assault in Rhyl Adventure Playground, off Rhydwen Close at about 2pm on Sunday 14th June?
Detective Constable Amy Arnone said: “This was a nasty assault which left a man with serious facial injuries. We are appealing to anybody who may have witnessed a group of about 8 males, both teenagers and adults, in this area at the time of the incident.”
“We are also asking anyone with information that could assist our investigation to contact us immediately.”
There is an increased police presence in the local area and enquiries are continuing.
